Refund Policy

Return Eligibility: Returns are applicable only for damaged or defective products within 3 days of order delivery. Customers are requested to deny receiving a package from shipping partner if the box is found to be damaged. An unboxing video clearly showing the original packing slip with order is will be required for refunds in case a damaged product is received.

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment after receiving the product and verifying its condition. Refunds can take upto 15 days.

Initiating a Return: It is required to initiate a return request by contacting us using the Contact Form on the website and providing a return reason. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Return Conditions: The perfume must not be used and needs to be returned with its original packaging. Returning used perfume or incomplete packaging may result in denial of refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Processing Time: Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved, the refund process will be initiated. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you can initiate a return as per our Return Policy and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer returns or exchange on perfumes bought using discount coupon.

Receipt of Damaged package: Do not accept delivery if the package is tempered, take a photo of the tampered package and share on connect@mystascents.com alongwith order details for a full refund. 

Receipt of incorrect product: In case the product received is different from the one originally ordered, please share the product images along with order details on connect@mystascents.com within 3 days of delivery so that we can take corrective actions immediately.
