Shipping policy

  • Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 days of order placement and delivery details will be shared, unless otherwise specified.
  • Order Cancellation: Order once shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Bulk Order Processing: For bulk orders, defined as orders containing more than 25 perfumes in the same order, order processing may take up to 7 days. We ensure that each perfume is carefully crafted and packaged to maintain quality and integrity.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping options for domestic and international orders. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays operational overheads with Shipping partners may impact delivery times. No refunds shall be processed owing to delay in delivery as delivery timelines are controlled fully by our delivery partners once the perfumes are shipped.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship all across India. Delivery to other countries will be made available soon.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Delivery attempts: Our delivery partners will make 3 delivery attempts to deliver your order, post which the package will be returned to us and a refund will be processed after deducting Shipping and RTO charges of ₹200. Delivery partners tend to call on the contact number provided during order placement to ensure package is rightly delivered.
  • Denial of shipment: Incase the customer refuses to accept delivery of a package for reasons other than a damaged shipment, a fee of ₹200/- will deducted while issuing refunds. The remainder of the refund will be credited to the customer's Mysta Scents account which they can use to buy perfumes in future.
  • Invalid Shipping Details: While we do everything to connect with our customers in case an order with partial address is created and correct it before shipping the order. In case the order is shipped with incomplete shipping address or invalid contact number, it may return back to us. In such cases, a shipping fee of ₹200/- will be debited while processing the remaining balance to customer's Mysta Scents account.
